Unfortunately, we cannot pick up homeless people or help them apart from our tours.
The best way would be to call the Berliner Stadtmission’s Kältebus on 0178 523 58 38 (daily from 19:00 to 03:00), which provides people (from November to March) on the street with hot drinks and food and can take them to an emergency overnight shelter if they want it.
